Data processed

If you email us, we process your email address, any name you provide and the message to manage and answer your request.

The server and Cloudflare may generate technical logs such as IP address, browser, date, time and requested URL to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain security.

If you request nearby events, the browser asks for location permission. The site uses that location temporarily to centre the map; PerLaMercè does not store it in a database or receive it by email.

Purposes and legal bases

Messages are processed to answer your request based on consent and any pre-contractual steps or relationship involved. Technical logs are processed under the legitimate interest in maintaining service security, integrity and availability.

Recipients and third parties

Necessary hosting, network and security providers, including Cloudflare, may access technical data. The map loads OpenStreetMap tiles and fonts may be delivered by Google Fonts. Google Maps opens only when you select “Get directions”. Review those providers’ policies.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, the controller will require safeguards recognised by the GDPR, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Emails are kept as long as needed to answer and manage the request and afterwards for applicable liability periods. Technical logs are retained only as long as needed for security and operations.

Your rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing [email protected]. You may withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Children and changes

The site does not intentionally collect children’s data. This policy may be updated when the service, providers or law changes.
